The SELEX Communications TACMIC CT1 is a tactical speaker microphone for use by tactical units to enhance communication performance in conventional and bio-chemical operations.

It is flexible enough to meet the users changing needs and allows the user to remain focussed on their objective, whilst remaining in constant communication with colleagues.

The TACMIC CT5 is the world's leading tactical speaker microphone for use by Special Forces. The TACMIC aims to enhance performance in counterterrorist, conventional and bio-chemical operations.

Designed primarily for use with the PRC 148 (Urban MBITR Radio) but is compatible with most radios.

The TACMIC CT5 offers various PTT (Press-To-Talk) and audio ancillary options, including the patented Wireless PTT Switch, providing a flexible and modular approach to meet the challenges presented in an assault scenario.

Application
Invisio is an bone conduction headset which fits securely into the ear and is particularly suited to any covert operation. The Invisio provides high quality audio in the ear for clear transmission in difficult environments. Due to its size Invisio can be used in most situations including in surveillance operations and under a helmet in combat.

Covert Speech

The CT401L is an audio ancillary connection harness for use in conjunction with a range of operationally specified audio ancillaries and is compatible with most digital and analogue radios.

The SELEX Communications PRR (named the Integrated Intra Squad Radio by the USMC) significantly enhances combat effectiveness by providing all informed communications to front line soldiers; replacing traditional methods based on hand signals and shouting. Users returning from active service have described the introduction of PRR as having a profound effect on the operational effectiveness of infantry, as significant as the first introduction of the rifle.

The PRR uses advanced 2.4GHz spread spectrum technology innovatively packaged to meet the demanding needs of the soldier. The PRR is easy to use through its simple man-machine interface, is unobtrusive and comfortable to wear yet is rugged enough to sustain the harshest environments presented by active front line operations.

The modularity of the PRR design leads to flexibility in many scenarios. It includes a unique wireless PTT (Press-To-Talk) that enables the user to operate the radio without removing his hands from his weapon, it has an interchangeable switch pack that allows configuration to different roles e.g. interface to a commander's radio and audio ancillaries that can be tailored to suit the needs of all users.
