SELEX Communications offers a number of respirator adaptor options to allow ease of communications whilst in a Chemical, Biological, Radiological or Nuclear (CBRN) environment.

We also provides communications suitable for use underneath a CBRN suit, also allowing external communication with a casualty through a speaker system.

Chemical incident suit communications system

SELEX Communications offers a CBRN suit communications solution, which is used in conjunction with a hand-held mobile radio giving clear and reliable communications underneath a CBRN suit.

The system comprises a single sided headset connected to a Junction Box/PTT, which can be operated under the arm leaving a user's hands free.

Respirator communications

The communication headsets from SELEX Communications can be used with the Company's patented respirator adaptor (as selected by the UK MoD for Bowman).

We also offers several other respirator adaptor communications solutions, dependent upon the respirator type and/or the communication system being used.
